Tagged - Reunion Party Stickpin by Hoffstatter & Bonn 1927
It is constructed out of a die stamped tombak base that has been black enamel painted and burnished. The oval shaped obverse features a centrally placed ticket that reads: “138” surrounded by a laurel leaf and berry wreath and surrounded by: “Wiedersehensfeier Ehemaliger 138 Köln 9.-11.7. 1937” (Former Reunion Party). The hollow back reverse has a glued on blue and white oval tag that reads: “F. Hoffstater & Bonn aRh.”, along with a soldered on round plate and knurled tombak stickpin. The head measures approximately 1 1/8 inches tall by 7/8 of an inch wide. Nice!
