Neat to see individual components of a flag! This is constructed out of a white cotton base with a black printed on mobile swastika. There are tinny black dots surrounding the swastika in a circle. A guide for it to be stitched onto the flag. The reverse is a mirror image of the obverse. It measures approximately 30" in diameter. Nice!
