A beautiful looking piece here what's more this is the rarest of the rare rating a 10 on the McSarr rarity chart! The acid etched "Alles für Deutschland" motto and "F.W. Jordan Solingen" maker mark are both beautifully executed! The crossgrain is easily visible. The fit remains nice and tight and the tip comes to a perfect point! This blade rates a solid Exc+. It shows the commonly seen age grey/spotting mostly from old fingerprints. The steel based, brown anodized scabbard looks good retaining 99" of it's anodized finish and 90%+ of it's factory lacquer! There is one small dent to the reverse about 2" up from the lower scabbard fitting. The solid nickel scabbard fittings are nicely patinaed matching the crossguards in color and wear. The ball has a few bumps but not too bad and all four screws remain tightly intact. The scabbard / crossguard fit is perfect and closes with a snap! The reverse of the lower crossguard is marked "He". The brown hardwood grip looks great, just the common pressure marks throughout and a hairline up from the roundel. The solid nickel eagle retains beautiful details and has a perfect fit. The SA roundel has a perfect fit and retains 100% of its enamel. A great early SA dagger by a rare maker!
