Neat to see individual components of a flag! It is constructed out of a white cotton base with a black printed on mobile swastika. There are tinny black dots surrounding the swastika in a circle. A guide for it to be stitched onto the flag. The reverse is a mirror image of the obverse and it has three glued on paper pieces where someone had displayed it to a back piece. It measures approximately 8 3/8 inches wide by 7 7/8 inches high. Nice!
