Frosty Steinhauer & Luck Knights Cross
Wonderful frosty example of the coveted RK by S&L of Lüdenscheid. This is a textbook cross that is correctly marked with the "micro" 800 silver mark on both the frame and the ribbon loop. The paint is in fine condition on this ?A? type iron based core. This cross is three piece constructed. For those of you checking this against references the correct mid-period S&L die flaws are present. This cross also exhibits the progressively die flaw that we see clearly shown on pg 143 of the excellent Maerz reference. Included is a full length piece of original ribbon and a Exc++ case. Comes complete with COA from Dietrich Maerz.
