A neat piece! The blade on this one measure 17 3/8 inches long. It is marked “O 1870” to the obverse ricasso and maker marked “Gebr. Weyersberg Solingen” to the reverse. It has a solid fit and perfect tip. It rates VG/Exc. It has completely age greyed and shows minor pitting throughout. The hilt is one solid piece of brass. It has an etched grip plate to the front. The obverse crossguard is marked “0” and the reverse is marked “15. T. F. 7. 11.”. The scabbard is missing. A neat piece!
