A neat piece. It is constructed out of a soft aluminum tube and has a black bakelite cap. It contains a boric acid derivative which appears to be an antiseptic disinfectant for wound dressing. It is marked "Borsalbe Wehrkreissanitätspark Salzbur XVIII SS-Packung" (Medical Park XVIII military district of Salzburg, packaging for SS).
