A beautiful early SA Dagger! The blade on this one is exceptional! The dark and crisp acid etched "Alles fur Deutschland" motto and "HACO Solingen" maker mark are both beautifully executed! The fit remains nice and tight and the tip comes to a perfect point! This blade rates a solid NM! It shows the common surface scratches throughout along with the slightest spotting. The steel based, brown anodized scabbard is also beautiful! It continues to remain completely dent free and still hold some of its original factory lacquer! Sweet! The solid nickel scabbard fittings look great matching the crossguards in color and age patina. The ball retains a nice round shape and all four screws remain tightly intact. The scabbard / crossguard fit is perfect and closes with a snap! The reverse of the lower crossguard is marked "B" (Baden). The dark brown multi-toned grained hardwood grip looks great! There is the common pressure marks throughout yet it also retains some nice factory lacquer! No cracks, flakes or chips! The solid nickel eagle retains beautiful details and has a perfect fit! The SA roundel has a perfect fit and retains 99%+ of its enamel. A wonderful example of an early SA dagger! Add this one to your collection today!
