What a piece!!! Just superb condition! It is made out of a die stamped steel base that has been silver washed and attached by prongs to a steel plate hidden by two pieces of oval green wool. The obverse depicts a large closed winged national eagle clutching an Iron Cross in its talons above "Cholm 1942". This is all in a shield type outline that is surrounded by a quality green oval wool backing. The reverse shows another green wool backing and if you lift it you can see all three prongs and a steel plate. Not only is this piece super rare, it's also in the best condition I've ever seen! You will never have to upgrade this one!
