Here we have a 25 year faithful service medal! It is made of a die struck, alloy base that has been silver washed and contains black enamel work. The obverse depicts a pebbled cross with an oak leaf wreath to the corners and a centrally placed black static swastika / "Fur Treue Dienste" (For Faithful Service) to the reverse. 90% of the silver wash remains intact and the enamel is in excellent condition! The award comes with approximately 6 inches of post-war blue ribbon. A fine piece.
