To this Civil Service armband we have a black machine embroidered Civil Service eagle, with out-stretched wings clutching a wreathed swastika in its talons, on a yellow cotton backing. The top and bottom have the correct yellow chain re-enforced stitching. No holes or mothing. It measures 7 inches long by 4 inches wide. Nice quality and thick material.
