Veterans Eagle Stickpin
Here we have a Veterans Eagle Stickpin! It is made of die stamped, aluminum base that has been silver washed. The Iron cross is made of black enamel. The obverse depicts a Veterans eagle, clutching a wreathed swastika within its talons, with two crossed broad swords and a centrally placed black enamel Iron cross on its chest. The reverse shows a crimped and knurled tombak pin and is "Ges. Gesch. 1" marked. It measures 1 inch wide by 2 inches tall (with the pin). Nice detail, enamel and silver wash!
