AC-6 K98 Ammo Pouch
Early style with the wrap around belt loops. In good shape with supple pebbled brown leather. All the rivets and hardware are in steel. Maker marked and dated 1943. NM

Earliest issue in pebbled brown leather. All the rivets and hardware is in early quality brass and copper. Original owners name and unit inside. Unmarked. NM

Kit-2 K98 Cleaning kit
Kit has hinged lids to both top and bottom edges, with crimped brass closure clips. One of which is bent and does not close correctly. Top hinged lid well marked with
manufacturers name, G. Appel, and faint waffen-amt stamp. Kit contains polished sheet metal oiler, aluminum cleaning chain, bore brush and polished sheet metal receiver cleaning tool and some grease. All components in good condition. Exc+

Wehrmacht issue marked set with stainless steel knife and can opener. Nice quality here the knife even has crossgrain from being factory ground. The spoon and fork are aluminum. Exc++

Ste-1 Weilnachten (Christmas) 1937 Stein
Heavy .5L beer stein with Wehrmacht sheild and unit markings, Wachregiment Berlin 7 Bayerische Kompanie. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panzer-Grenadier-Division_Gro%C3%9Fdeutschland#Early_history_-_Wachregiment_Berlin

These guys eventually were rolled into Grosdeutshland. The markings appear to be painted and the details of the eagle and swas are enamelled in white. There is a glaze over the entire surface. The bottom appears to be personalized with the members of this companies names. Marked in incuse is the size "0.5L" and to the bottom a "WW". This example is undamaged with no cracks or chips. NM

Ste-2 Weilnachten (Christmas) 1938 Stein
Heavy .5L beer stein with Wehrmacht eagle above the initials "aa 4" in a wreath above
"4.Schwadron-Aufkl. Abtlg.4."  and "Weilnachten 1938". This unit, (Panzer Aufklarung Abteilung 4) was a reconnaissance unit with the 4th Panzer Army. The side of the stein is painted "Unger", likely the manufacturer. The markings all appear to be painted and there is a glaze over the entire surface. The side is marked in incuse is the size "0.5L" and to the bottom a "U" (Unger I assume?). The top is engraved pewter with the unit markings "aa 4". This example has age crazing but is undamaged with no cracks or chips. NM

HP-1 1943 Marked Dfh.a Communications Headset
Std military issue headset for general field use. These consist of dual, molded black bakelite construction ear-pieces with black painted, aluminum alloy and magnetic sheet metal backing plates, connected by a black painted, magnetic sheet metal headband. The headband is attached to the earphones by two, vertically extended, alloy rods with ball tipped top edges, and swivel hinged bottoms which allows for fit adjustment. The bottom edge of each earphone has an electrical, connection cord, with a brown woven covering. The fabric covered wires join into a single wire which is inserted into a molded brown bakelite plug housing with a dual extended, copper? metal
prongs. There is a wee ball prong between the longer prongs.  A small piece of electrical tape is on the woven cord where it enters the plug. A contemporary sticker to the one size says 4K, the frequency, I assume. Exc++

HP-3 1942 Marked Dfh.a Communications Headset
Std military issue headset for general field use. These consist of dual, molded black bakelite construction ear-pieces with black painted, aluminum alloy and magnetic sheet metal backing plates, connected by a black painted, magnetic sheet metal headband which is covered in leather stitched to the top. The headband is attached to the earphones by a U shaped device that allows to phones to swivel and turn on 2 axis's. The bottom edge of each earphone has an electrical, connection cord, with a brown woven covering which is partially protected by a flexible spring. The fabric covered wires join into a single wire which is inserted into a molded brown bakelite plug housing with a dual extended, copper? metal prongs. A contemporary sticker to the one size says 4K, the frequency, I assume. Exc++
